SBA 504 Loan Program

The SBA's 504 program is a partnership between the SBA, Self-Help Ventures Fund and banks or other commercial lenders. It offers small businesses low long-term, fixed-rate financing for commercial real estate and equipment. Projects range up to $12 million for manufacturers, with a little as 10 to 20 percent owner equity investment, typically in cash or land.

NORTH CAROLINA'S #1 SBA 504 LENDER

Self-Help is the largest certified development company (CDC) in North Carolina. The SBA named us "N.C. Certified Development Company of the Year" in 2009, 2007 and 2005 because we originated the most 504 loans of any CDC in the state.

We thank each and every one of you who helped us achieve this level of support for our state's growing small businesses.
