Service Details

Online Banking
For first-time users, the user name is your Self-Help CU member number, and the password is the last 4 digits of the primary member’s SSN, ITIN or EIN.

Mobile Banking
Download our Self-Help CU Mobile App through the App Store (for Apple iOs) or Google Play (for Android). Users must have access to SHCU online banking to set up mobile banking. Use the same user name and password for mobile banking that you use for online banking on our website. 

Deposit checks from home using our mobile banking app. It's as easy as snapping a photo with your phone!

ATM/Debit Card
If you have a checking account and don’t have an ATM/debit card, call your branch or Member Services. Once your information is verified, we can mail a card to your home.

Bill Pay
When you have a Self-Help CU checking account, you can pay bills fast and paper-free through online banking. Select “Bill Pay” under Online Services to get started. Once you receive approval (by email), you can access Bill Pay online and on the mobile app.

Audio Banking
First time users, dial 866-708-0694. The audio PIN will be the last four numbers of the primary member’s SSN, ITIN, or EIN. Once access is granted, follow the instructions carefully for balances, account transactions and more.
