As families experience financial losses as a result of COVID-19, Self-Help is here for you. If you have a current consumer loan with us and are facing financial hardship as a direct result of the current pandemic, you might be eligible to delay loan payments with no credit penalty.
To be eligible, you must be experiencing financial hardship directly related to COVID-19.
This offer applies to personal loans (car loans, loans secured by savings, and other consumer loans). An application is required.

Members may email completed applications to SHCUCallCenter@self-help.org. Access to Self-Help CU branch lobbies is now restricted for your protection, but we can also accept applications at drive-through windows at our branches.
