Pay Online (24/7)

Make your loan payment online here

Use this service only if you wish to submit a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments from an account you have at another financial institution. You may use your debit card or create an electronic draft using your checking or savings account information.

Depending on the type of loan, a convenience fee may be assessed at the time of each payment.

IMPORTANTPayments made using this service will not post immediately to your loan. Payments submitted by 4pm (Eastern Time) on credit union business days will post to your loan on that business day. Payments made after 4pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday (or on weekends or holidays) will post to your loan on the following business day.


Transfer Funds via Online Banking

Enroll in Self-Help Credit Union Online Banking to easily make payments by transferring funds from any Jax Metro account free of charge.


Automatic Recurring Monthly Payments

This payment option is completely free of charge and can be set up to draft an account at any financial institution. For assistance contact a Jax Metro branch at 904-360-5100 or call Self-Help Credit Union’s member services line at 800-966-7353.


Audio Banking

Dial 866-708-0694 and enter your member number and password. This audio banking service will allow you to transfer funds from your Jax Metro account to make a payment to your credit card or consumer loan.

Stop by one of the Jax Metro branch locations.

Note: You can also make your Jax Metro loan payments at any participating "Shared Branch" location. Be sure to identify yourself as a “Self-Help Credit Union member.” Find a Shared Branch location.
