Lost or stolen card reporting

If your Self-Help CU credit, debit or ATM card has been lost or stolen, use one of the following numbers to get help:

  • 800.966.7353 (7am-6pm ET, M-F and 9am-5pm ET, Sat) to reach the Self-Help CU member service center
  • 888.241.2510 after hours and on weekends to reach Card Member Security
  • 909.941.1398 from a non-mobile phone line when you're outside of the U.S. (this will be a collect call)

 

Card transaction disputes

To dispute a Self-Help CU card transaction (credit, debit or ATM), or to report suspected fraud on your card, please:

  • Call or visit your local branch, or
  • Contact the Self-Help CU member service center at 800.966.7353 (7am-6pm ET, M-F and 9am-5pm ET, Sat)

NOTE: If you are experiencing problems at an ATM terminal in a merchant or branch location, then please attempt to settle the problem at the location (branch management, store manager, ATM terminal customer service contacts) before contacting the Self-Help CU member service center.
