Homeownership Retention Processor

Position Description:
The Homeownership Retention Processor will provide administrative and process support to Self-Help’s Homeownership Retention Group. This group works with borrowers who are at risk of foreclosure.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and process support to the Homeownership Retention Group
- Intake of new loan modification cases through the entry of borrower data and the assembly of various documents
- Follow up with loan servicers to request missing information on borrowers
- Perform vital support processes such as mailings to borrowers, data entry, phone calls, document management and preparation

Bilingual fluency in Spanish
Previous experience in the mortgage, servicing, or collections industry
Physical Requirements:
Frequently requires use of manual dexterity and repetitive motions, primarily with the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to occasionally lift and exert force of up to 10 pounds.
