CCSH Partners with NSP2 Consortium

The Center for Community Self-Help (Self-Help) is proud to partner with the NSP2 consortium led by Chicanos por la Causa (CPLC) to help provide affordable home mortgages to families purchasing homes that have been developed or redeployed by consortium members. Self-Help will use a portion of their NSP2 grant to serve as a loan loss reserve to make this financing more available to eligible borrowers. This pilot initiative will operate within CPLC’s service areas in Chicago, Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, and Monterrey County, California.  For more information on CPLC and their NSP programs, please visit their website at  http://www.cplc.org/nsp2.aspx
