Monitor your loan listing

You have successfully posted a loan listing on Prosper and are days away from refinancing your payday loans.  You now need to monitor your loan listing until your listing auction ends.

What to expect:

1. You may start receiving questions from Lenders.  For general guidance on how to respond, see Prosper's help section on lender questions.  In the case that you find a question is inappropriate, we recommend that you email the Lender and say that you do not feel comfortable answering the question.  In the rare case that the question is extremely inappropriate, contact Prosper.
2. In order to see the bids on your loan, you can log on to Prosper and find your listing.  This will tell you how much of your loan has been funded, the current interest rate and the number of days remaining until the auction closes.
3. Note that you cannot make changes to your listing once it is up on Prosper.com.  You can cancel your current listing, however, and submit a new one.  If you do this, you will also resubmit it to Self-Help for an additional review. See Prosper's help section on withdrawing your listing.
   
4. If your loan is 100% funded prior to the close of the auction, you have the ability to look at the interest rate and decide if you would like to close the loan early.  See Prosper's help section on funding your listing.
5. Listings that have ended with 100% funding from lenders go into a status called "pending review," during which the listing is reviewed by Prosper's Trust and Safety team. This process will take no longer than 7 business days and may require you to send verification of your identity, address and income.  See Prosper's help section on listing review.
   
6. Once Prosper has received sufficient documentation to approve your loan, the review process ends, your loan is funded and the “origination date” for your loan is set.  See Prosper's help section on loan origination.
