To access your account through the Internet, you’ll need your user ID and case-sensitive password. Call us at (800)-966-7353 (9 am-5 pm ET, M-F) to obtain a user ID and initial password. Once you have your user ID and password, proceed to CU... At Your Service. After the initial login, you will be prompted to change your case-sensitive password.
