Celebrating in Rocky Mount, N.C.

Self-Help’s real estate team has been working on a multi-year project in Rocky Mount, N.C., to make high quality housing accessible to more residents in the community. The work is focused on a combination of renovation and new construction of dozens of units of affordable housing ranging from rental apartments to single-family residences. In 2024 we celebrated with a first-time homebuyer after she successfully closed on a new construction home in Rocky Mount. We look forward to more ribbon cuttings like this one!
