- Website: Click "MAKE A PAYMENT" in the MEMBER LOGIN area.
- Mobile App: Select "MAKE A LOAN PAYMENT" from the SERVICES tab.

How to set up:
- For credit cards and personal loans: Log in to the online payment portal and go to My Wallet to set up your automatic payments
- For mortgage loans: Download & submit the Mortgage ACH Form.
You can use funds from Self-Help or another institution.
Best for: Members who keep funds in a Self-Help checking or savings account
Log on to your account through online or mobile banking and transfer funds from your Self-Help deposit account to your loan or credit card account anytime, instantly and at no cost.

Please note: Mailed payments must be received, not just postmarked, by the due date. Allow ample time.
- Consumer loans: Use a payment coupon and mail to your nearest branch.
- Mortgage loans: Use a mortgage payment coupon and follow the listed mailing instructions.
- Credit card payments: Mail to the address on your statement's payment stub.
