Eligibility
There are two primary ways to become a member of Self-Help Credit Union:
1. Free Membership - You can be eligible for membership if you live, work, or worship or attend school in any of our eligible counties, or have a family or employer affiliation with us. We serve many communities and employer groups in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Florida. Call us at 800-966-7353 to find out if we can serve you!
2. Mission-Supportive Membership - Not eligible for free membership? You can become a mission-supportive member by paying a one-time $5 fee to join our Center for Community Self-Help.
