As a result of rapidly evolving developments related to COVID-19, in the best interests of our members, Self-Help will postpone the planned mortgage servicing system upgrade that was scheduled to begin Tuesday, March 17.

Payment Options


Pay Online (24/7)

Make your loan payment online here

Use this service only if you wish to submit a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments from an account you have at another financial institution. You may use your debit card or create an electronic draft using your checking or savings account information.

Depending on the type of loan, a convenience fee may be assessed at the time of each payment.

IMPORTANTPayments made using this service will not post immediately to your loan. Payments submitted by 4pm (Eastern Time) on credit union business days will post to your loan on that business day. Payments made after 4pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday (or on weekends or holidays) will post to your loan on the following business day.


Online & Mobile Banking

Enroll in Self-Help CU Online Banking and Mobile Banking to easily make payments by transferring funds from any Self-Help CU account free of charge.


Automatic Recurring Monthly Payments

This payment option is completely free of charge and can be setup to draft an account at any financial institution.

Make a loan payment at any of our full-service branch locations. See the locations section of this website for a complete list of our branches to find the branch nearest to you.

NOTE: You can make your Self-Help CU loan payments at any participating "Shared Branch" location. Find a Shared Branch location.


Pay By Mail

Pay By Phone (8:30am - 5pm, M-T and 8:30am - 6pm F)

Call 800-966-7353 to make a one-time payment by debit card or electronic draft from your checking or savings account. A convenience fee will be charged when you make a payment with the assistance of a Self-Help CU member service representative.
