We are honored to serve our communities year after year. In 2025, we expanded our family to support even more members across new communities with new stories that are constantly reminding us of why we are working toward our mission of ownership and economic opportunity for everyone every day.

While we can’t possibly encapsulate every story from every member who has been able to accomplish their financial goals, we are excited to share a handful of stories and statistics in our 2025 Annual Report.

$622M in total financing provided
461 affordable home loans for families
1,924 members received financial coaching and FICO® reviews
$26M in lending for residential solar, EVs and clean energy improvements
