Affordable Housing Loan Funds

We offer a variety of loan funds designed to increase access to affordable housing in North Carolina and Florida. These programs support the development and preservation of affordable rental housing options for low- and moderate-income residents.

Our funds help to:

Create new affordable housing

Support the construction of new rental units for families and individuals with limited incomes.

Preserve existing affordable housing

Prevent the loss of existing affordable housing stock through acquisition, rehabilitation, and refinancing.

Support acquisitions for future affordable housing

Allow developers to acquire properties and hold them while making a development plan for building/preserving affordable units.
