Mobile Banking Account Access May Require Online Banking Login Password Update

With the launch of our new online banking site, logging in to the password-protected sections of the mobile banking app may require you to first update your online banking login password if it does not meet the new password requirements.

To meet the new requirements, your online banking login password will need to consist of:
  • A minimum of eight characters, and
  • Three of the following four character sets:
    • Lowercase letter
    • Uppercase letter
    • Symbol, and/or
    • Number
