Application Completion Steps

  1. Click on the APPLICATION FORM link to access the loan application.
    1. This application form may be completed using your computer keyboard then printed out for signatures and mailing.
  2. Complete all fields of the application.
    1. Page one of the application requires information on your business and the proposed use of loan funds.
    2. Page two requires information on the individual signers on the loan.
  3. Print out the application after completing all applicable fields of the application.
  4. Sign the application where needed.
  5. Provide all other documentation needed to submit a full and complete application.
  6. Mail the application and supporting documentation to the Community Recovery loan officer closest to you. See the following list of mailing addresses and contact information.
